南澳電氣NALC氣體（瓦絲）繼電器壓力釋放閥全自動測試裝置采用新的嵌入式系統(tǒng)控制技術(shù)，綜合用戶的實際需求而推出的新一代氣體繼電器試驗檢測系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用了油泵—流量計連續(xù)測量方法，可分別對φ25、φ50、φ80毫米管徑的外氣體繼電器的流速、容積和密封進行檢測，且實驗過程無須人工參與。

（1）外部機柜采用冷扎板折邊成型工藝制造，外形尺寸2400×650×1570mm(長×寬×高)，整機總重170kg；

（2）夾緊器采用螺桿棘輪方式夾緊被試件；

（8）采用虛擬投影鍵鼠。此技術(shù)為二維投影成像，在觸屏前方的工作臺面上，投影出一個紅色與標(biāo)鍵盤大小一致的虛擬投影鍵盤，操作人員可用此鍵盤對試驗報告內(nèi)容進行編輯。操作人員還可通過此鍵盤快捷鍵，完成鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)的切換，并通過虛擬鍵盤上的快捷鍵關(guān)閉投影鍵鼠，再通過固定手勢打開。

（9）嵌入PC系統(tǒng)可直觀的對重瓦斯流速、輕瓦斯容積、密封檢測的單項和綜合項目進行操作，并同時編輯打印試驗報告；

（10）PC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)安裝由南澳電氣開發(fā)，具有完全知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的專業(yè)測量控制軟件，并且可實施網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程系統(tǒng)升級和維護。

Features Tester Features
