符合GB/T2406《塑料燃燒性能試驗方法---氧指數(shù)法》以及JIS7201、BS2782、ANSI/ASTM、D2863、ISO4589、試驗標準。

二、適用范圍：Scope of application:
用于判斷材料在空氣中與火焰接觸時燃燒的難易度，適用于均質(zhì)固體材料、層壓材料、軟片和薄膜材料。
Used to judge the material in contact with the flame in the air when it is the ease of burning, applicable to
homogeneous solid materials, laminated material, film and thin film materials.
三、主要參數(shù):The main parameters:
3.1氧氣濃度(氧指數(shù))：為數(shù)顯直讀
3.2氧氣濃度(氧指數(shù))傳感器:美國進口.
3.3三個壓力表分別提供氧氣輸出壓力、氮氣輸出壓力和混合氣體輸出壓力，可通過調(diào)節(jié)閥調(diào)節(jié)氣壓大小。
3.4測量范圍：0-80%，分辨率：0.1L/min
3.5測量精度：2.5級
3.6燃燒筒：石英玻璃筒，內(nèi)徑：100mm 高度：500mm
3.7燃燒筒頂部氣體流速：90mm±10mm/s
3.8燃燒筒內(nèi)氣體流速：40mm±2mm/s
3.9輸入壓力：0.25～0.5 Mpa可調(diào)；
3.10氧氣、氮氣混合氣體入口：包括穩(wěn)壓閥、流量調(diào)節(jié)閥、氣體過濾器和混合室。
3.11試樣夾可用于軟質(zhì)和硬質(zhì)塑料。
3.12點火器：專用丁烷手持式電子電火器
3.13氣體：工業(yè)級氧氣、氮氣。
3.14計時器準確度：±0.5s
3.15電源要求：AC220（±10%）V/50HZ 。

3.9 input pressure: 0.25 ~ 0.5 Mpa is adjustable;

mixing chamber.
