整套配置：本試驗機由控制箱、燃燒箱本體、燃燒器、電磁閥、高壓點火器、信號控制線及試樣支架 組成；
電源電壓：AC220V±10%，50Hz；
氣體純度：>95% 丙烷氣；（客戶自備）
放焰時間： 0 ~ 99 分 99 秒可設(shè)定；
持燃時間： 0 ~ 99 分 99 秒可設(shè)定；
燃燒器尺寸為： 燃燒器由孔徑為￠0.17mm 的噴嘴和調(diào)節(jié)閥組成， 并設(shè)有四個￠4mm 的空氣吸入孔；
火焰高度：20±2mm；
燃燒器傾角：45°；
點火系統(tǒng)：高壓電子點火，自動點火、復(fù)位；

4. 設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)：Equipment structure:
本機器結(jié)構(gòu)由燃燒箱、控制箱，兩部份組成。
燃燒箱尺寸：L700*W400*H810（mm）
機箱材質(zhì)：燃燒箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)(t=1.2mm)304不鋼板，數(shù)控機床加工成型，圓弧造型美觀大方。
控制箱采用優(yōu)質(zhì)(t=1.2mm)靜電鋼板，表面進行噴塑處理，更顯光潔、美觀。
噴燈：由我公司自制，黃銅材料，完全符合GB/T8626標準要求。
其它機械零件材質(zhì)采用304不銹鋼或A3料加厚電鍍，防腐防銹。
采用板卡+微機控制，具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能穩(wěn)定、操作簡便等優(yōu)點。
WINDOWS XP操作界面、LabVIEW風格、完善的安全機制。測試期間實時顯示測量結(jié)果并動態(tài)地繪出曲線，數(shù)據(jù)可以保
存、調(diào)閱和打印輸出,可直接打印報表。

measurement results and dynamically draw perfect curve, the data can be stored permanently and read and print
output, can be directly printed statements.
