EJX120A型高性能微差壓變送器采用單晶硅諧振式傳感器技術(shù)，適用于液體、氣體或蒸汽的流量以及液位、密度和壓力測(cè)量。
多傳感器技術(shù)提供的診斷功能，可以檢測(cè)脈沖線路堵塞或伴熱管道的破損等異常。
EJX系列支持BRAIN、HART和FOUNDATION™現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通信協(xié)議。

The use of inappropriate materials can result in the leakage of corrosive process fluids and cause injury to personnel and/or damage to plant facilities. It is also possible that the diaphragm itself can be damaged and that material from the broken diaphragm and the fill fluid can contaminate the user’s process fluids.
Be very careful with highly corrosive process fluids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hypochlorite, and high-temperature steam (150°C [302°F] or above). Contact Yokogawa for detailed information of the wetted parts material.
